FAVORITE TEACHER:
16 different teachers were named when you were asked who your
favorite teacher was. Several of you listed more than one teacher. The #1
favorite teacher is Mr. Bill Minor (Coach Minor to some of us). Second place
goes to Mr. Ollis Grayson. I should note that it just so happens that both of
these gentlemen have seats on the
Dallas County Board of Education. Third place
goes to Mr. Waller while Mr. Nichols and Mrs. Peoples both received honorable
mention. Also please note that Mr. Waller is currently the Assistant
Superintendent for the Dallas County School System. Here are some of the other
names that were submitted (not in any particular order): Barton, Fields, B.
Strickland, Abbott, Hollingsworth,
Campbell, Lem Jones, Lucky, Peters.
Ź
FAVORITE MEMORY:
Just like the Favorite Teacher category above, there were many
submissions. The #1 favorite memory is band and the #2 favorite memory is
playing baseball and football. Senior Skip Day and Cheering both tied for third
place. And here are the rest of the top submissions: football games,
graduation, International Relations, Senior Trip.
